Is the Pandemic considered a "Federally declared natural disaster," "Qualified Disaster," or "Qualified Disaster Area" for all of the USA last year? When I searched TT's recommended federal website's tool for qualified disasters and I believe I saw the pandemic counted for this. Thank you in advance.
