Is the qualified sick leave equivalent credit still available to claim on my 2023 return?

I received a solicitation in the mail for a process to claim my "Sick Pay and Family Care Pay for 2020/2021". I don't intend to respond to the offer. Information at irs.gov seems to say the deadline for claiming the credit has passed.

The IRS has stated that the credit is for sick leave paid in 2020 and 2021, but is the credit still available?

If you were eligible for the tax credit in 2020 or 2021 you would have to file an amended tax return for either 2020 or 2021 for the credit.

As stated by the IRS, that credit was only available for tax years 2020 and 2021.
