Is the third time rejected for wrong birthday I have tried to edit it but it keeps getting rejected for wrong birthday?

Check the birthday in the beginning where you start with cust profile info, be sure it's correct. Then towards the end where it verifies and reviews it will again show your birthday, be diligent about taking your time, The birthday for my wife on ours was off by a year, so I had to correct it, even though it showed correct early on in the process. if entry is correct, you'll need to check with social security administration.  it's the birthdate they have that's provided to the IRS.

sometimes birthdates get messed up in its records in such case you'll probably have to paper file.  sometimes it's the taxpayers that are wrong in which case you'll be able to file once its corrected in the return
