Is their a fix for a blank Turbotax Deluxe activation screen?

Turbotax Deluxe downloaded and installed three times. Always get a blank activation screen. I have tried the screen resolution fix multiple times with no luck.

    Turbo Tax can only be installed once on the computer. 

     

    Please go to your Start menu, search for uninstall, and then uninstall any version of the Turbo Tax 2020. Then reinstall the program.
