Turbo Tax successfully download all mt trades from my brokerage but when it I check for erros before I file, it says that my Wash Sale Disallowed amount of $38 million must be between the minimum and maximum amount allowed. Is this a Turbo Tax limitaion or an IRS limitaion? How do I get around this?

TurboTax only supports amounts less than $10 million. You can use ProConnect which would meet your requirements.

thanks, that was indeed the problem and my question was answered. with that said, there is no reason for turbo tax to limit this wash sale amount to under $10 million.
