Is there a tax rebate for not getting paid if you were out with Covid?

No there is no federal tax rebate or credit specifically  for being sick or quarantined with Covid-19.   Some states may have such credits.   If you lost wages due to illness you have less income to pay tax on.

No, there is no "rebate" or other tax payment/credit for missing a week of work due to Covid.  There were multiple stimulus payments, and employer incentives in the past to keep people working, as well as subsidies to employers who paid sick leave, but nothing you can claim now on your tax return as an employee for missing work.
