Is there a way I can pay my filing fee once I get my return its in review for 60 days and I'm out of work due to corona virus

Help me understand your circumstance a little better please, from what I gather, you have filed your return, but your return is under review? If this is so, and you made arrangements to have your fees withheld from your refund, there is nothing we can do. However, you can contact the IRS at 1-800-829-1040 between 7 a.m. - 7 p.m. with regard to releasing your refund.
