Is there an additional fee for Intuit to import forms?

No there is no additional fee to import forms.  Yes, as of right now you will be able to import forms for Financial reporting.

 

But it depends what kind of 1099 tax forms. You need to upgrade to Premium to import investments on a 1099B. If you need to use Schedule B for interest and Dividends you need Deluxe.
