Is there an issue with efiling rejection of 1099-R? I keep getting taxes rejected by IRS saying that EIN Does not Match IRS records.

These are the same 1099-Rs that I have been using for years. I donot understand now why the IRS is rejecting the taxes for this reason. I have double checked all information is still the same from last year.
