Question

Is there any way i can get rid of form 322 on my state tax return?? It wont let me finish my taxes because it keeps making me go back to "fix" that entry.

I'm not sure of what state or what this form is for, but you can delete it.

On the menu in the sidebar on the left.

                 

Select Tax Tools

  • You may have to minimize both the Federal and State options by clicking the Down Arrows on the Sidebar.
  • You will then clearly see Tax Tools
  • Click the arrow to up to see additional options
  1. On the drop-down select Tools
  2. On the Pop-Up menu select Delete a Form
  3. This will give you all of the forms in your return
  4. Scroll down past federal to the State forms
  5. Select the 322 form
  6. Click on Delete.
