Is there any way I can see if someone claimed me as a dependent?

No, the IRS will not tell you the private information of another tax payer. If you do not check the box that says “I can be claimed as a dependent”, and someone else does claim you, then both you and the other tax payer will get a letter asking for you to explain your situations. The IRS will evaluate your responses and make a decision based on that information. This usually takes 6 to 9 months but will probably be delayed this season.

there is one way. e-file and get the rejection message that you have been claimed on someone else's return.
