Question

is veterans disability pension the same as veterans disability? According to both turbo tax and the VA it is described differently

according to the VA disability pension is different than regular disability compensation. I am trying to determine if regular disability compensation is used under this term for Michigan

    The main difference is the VA disability applies before your retirement age,  so for Michigan it would not be included in the pension exclusion.
