Issued 1095-C not 1095-A why does the review check keep asking me to check my 1095-A Marketplace Insurance form? I have none benefit paid through employer health plan?

It depends.

But if you did not receive a Form 1095-A, go to your Federal interview section to delete any input.

Select Deductions & Credits
Scroll down to All Tax Breaks
Select Medical
Select Affordable Care Act (Form 1095-A)

You should see a list of any policies here. Select the delete to the right of the policy that no longer exists and needs to be deleted.
