The program will absolutely let you enter a W-2.

Click Federal>Wages and Income.  Click on Start or Revisit on the W-2 section.

 

Or enter w-2 in the Search box located in the upper right of the program screen.  Click on Jump to w-2.

 

If you are having issues on the TurboTax website it is more than likely a web browser problem.

Clear cache and cookies on your web browser.  Close the browser.  Relaunch the browser.  Sign back onto your TurboTax account - https://myturbotax.intuit.com/

If the problem persists, change your web browser.
