It is more than absurd...

Hello. Briefly, in the past 35 days, I have been having a constant message at the end, Ooops...try again. I have used 6 agents online and by phone. We reviewed in detail all the papers, and no issues were found. I cannot file it because, at the end, there is a constant message. I have cleaned my browsing history, cookies, etc I have used 2 different browsers and 2 different CC. I was given a promo code, and that waived the fees, but the problem is the same. and to the most - it happen by TT since last year. I was penalized by the IRS just because of that glitch on TurboTax's site. Today, after two and a half hours forth and back with the agent, my case was closed, a link was given to me, and I am still having an issue filing my taxes. This is more than absurd. (By the way, when I checked the billing department, I did not have anything on hold, and my cards are NOT blocked at all). I request that TurboTax file my papers, federal and state, on their own, with me suffering from their glitch and having a hard time with the IRS penalizing me.

    I did, of coourse no change. So it is 2 tumbs down.
