It is saying my dependent has already been claimed but i have not claimed her yet

Did the  dependent file?

either she filed her own return not saying she could be claimed as a dependent or someone else used her SSN on their return.  If it was her, once her return is fully processed she'll need to amend to indicate this otherwise you won't be able to claim her. Regardless. Since a return using her SSN has been filed the IRS rules say anyone else using her SSN must mail in their return.  Follow Turbotax mailing instructions. Attach W-2s and other withholding forms. if you have a state return do the same. federal and state returns must be mailed separately. I  suggest when mailing use a tracking method so you know the returns got to where intended.
