It keeps giving me an error saying "spouse SSN should not be entered directly on the new york information worksheet for state electronic filing" and won't let me submit

I have the same issue i dont know how to fix it. Has anyone figured this out?

Review the information on the My Info tab. You may want to try deleting the state return and re-entering, as it will pull in the information from the Federal return again. The other option may be to delete the personal information worksheet from the state return and then review the state information again.

Under Tax Tools, choose Tools
Choose Delete a Form
Scroll through your return until you find state personal information worksheet, click Delete to the right of the form
Confirm that you wish to delete the form

if product already registered; then submit federal tax first and change state tax to not ready to file; then go back and submit state and it should go through
