Question

It keeps saying something changed and I go back to my refund try again and it keeps sayingit. I've cleared my cookies and reset my return 2x now and it's still doing it.

It says something's changed in your return please go back and select your refund method again. I go back and select it and it does the same thing. I saw where someone said in another post to go clear cache and cookies from chrome I done that too. I've even cleared and reset my return and completely started over twice. Any suggestions??

Return to the REVIEW tab ... is there a form that is  still not ready ? 

 

Are you using the ONLINE or the Downloaded/CD version ?

Mine is doing the same thing since yesterday. At first it said I qualified for the Advance, gave me a prequalified amount, had me esign all the documents, but when I got to the end it refreshed and gave me that message and now says I don't qualify for the advance. I'm so confused. 

 

I also tried clearing my cache and cookies several times, same thing.

Is support going to be able to fix the problem? From what I seen there are several people having this issue and support has given many different answers

So I found something online that says efile date starts January 24, so maybe that’s why but I’m not sure. I’ll try again on Monday and if not have to try a different company.
