Question

It keeps saying there is something wrong on my Utah return, but it wont tell me what and no where to fix anything.

If you are using TurboTax Online, the most likely reason for fix error messagesbuttons that don't work or not being able to enter information is that something in the web browser is not displaying the page properly.  The easiest way around this is to simply use a different web browser.  You can select from Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Internet Explorer, Safari, and more. If you need to install another browser, be sure to go to the trusted home site for the software, for security reasons. If you have imported a form, it might not have come through correctly, so please try deleting it and either importing again or entering manually. 

If you have "copied and pasted" into a field to enter some of the information, it might have spaces or other invisible formatting characters that are causing errors.  Please enter that field manually and be sure there are no extra spaces before the entries or after the entries. 

If there is a 0 on your form and it does not specifically say in TurboTax to enter if a 0, please leave that field blank.

 

If you are using the Turbo Mobile App, then try opening Turbo Tax in the browser window on your phone.  It will use the same login information but may display the page better.

If these suggestions do not help, please let us know where in the return that it will not let you proceed. This will help us identify the cause.
