"It looks like some of your tax forms aren't ready" Is this mean I cant file my tax yet until the file is ready?

Correct. A tax return cannot be filed using TurboTax until all the form and schedules included in your tax return have been finalized for filing. Click on the Review tab for the availability dates

That is exactly what it means. Click Review to see what forms you are waiting for. Since the IRS is not going to accept any returns until January 27, you are not missing out on an early refund by not being able to file now.
