my name is Sherry Hemry Wilber or First Name Sherry Hemry on my drivers license... my last name is: Wilber...
yet on these last few pages... they are calling me Sherry Hemry... is that because they are calling me by my first name? or it's incorrect ? because my first and last name is: Sherry Wilber

Look in My Info and click edit by your name. See how you entered your own name there and make corrections if needed. You should use the name that matches your current Social Security card.

The information is correct, it's referring to the names entered in the "first name" field and not your full name.
