If you used the non filer portal on TurboTax or the IRS web site to register for the stimulus payment, a tax return with 0 income was efiled for you. The registration for non filers was not to be used by those filing a 2019 tax return. If you used it, you must now print and mail your actual return to get it accepted because another efile will be rejected.
