It says a tax return with my ssn has already been filed and I’m trying to file again what can I do to change this so that I can file ?

 The IRS has something on file for you with your SSN.  That can't be fixed.  You need to print, sign and mail your federal and state returns.

 

If you filed a "non-filer" tax form with the IRS to try and get your stimulus, this counts as a tax return document in your name and would block e-filing your actual return.  If you did not, then you may be a victim of identity theft, if someone else filed a return in your name.  You may want to check/lock your credit reports, change passwords on sensitive web sites, and take other steps to protect yourself.
