Question

It says i cant pay out of my refund. That the IRS hasn't finalized some forms. How do i get these finalized?

You wait until the forms are finalized by the IRS or your state. You can click Review to see when they are estimated to be ready—subject to change. The IRS is not accepting returns until January 27. Filing before that will not result in an early refund.
