It says I have not filed yet but it charged my account and now it’s asking me to make an additional payment

We cannot see your return or account here, as this is a public forum. To determine what these charges were for, you can view your fees by clicking on the "Tax Tools" option on the left-hand menu bar, then choose "Tools", then "My Fees".
