You will have to mail your Colorado state return forms to:
If you are submitting the form with a check or payment:
Colorado Department of Revenue
Denver, CO 80261-0006
If you are submitting the form without a check or payment:
Colorado Department of Revenue
Denver, CO 80261-0005
When filing a paper return, all W-2s and/or 1099s that show Colorado income tax withholding must be attached to the front of the form where indicated. The Colorado Department of Revenue does not require taxpayers to attach a copy of the federal return to the Colorado return.

There are a handful of situations where you might have to mail a form after e-filing. When you print a copy of your state return, it will tell you which form needs to be mailed and the address to mail it to.

Can you confirm that if I received an email from TurboTax saying that Colorado has accepted my return that I'm all done, I do not have to mail any other forms? Thanks!
I can't be 100% certain that you don't have to mail any other forms. Have you followed DoninGA's advice to check the Print Center for All Worksheets to see if there are any documents to be mailed?
In addition to checking the Print Center in TurboTax, if you are expecting a refund, you can check on the status of your CO refund here. That should let you know if your return has been processed or is waiting for additional documentation.
