Where is it saying that you owe?  And what did you already pay?

For a Tax Due?  Turbo Tax will always say the tax due or refund.  They don't know if or when you paid it.  The IRS   and state don't update Turbo Tax when they get your payment.  Or did you get a letter from the IRS or state saying you didn't pay or you owe more?
