No one else can see your tax return or your screen.   Although you had tax withheld from your pay, it is possible that you did not have enough withheld, which could cause you to owe now.   Make sure you have entered ALL of the information from your W-2(s) correctly and completely.   Check for zeros and decimals and make sure they are right.

The "refund meter" is not correct until ALL of your data has been entered.   If you owe federal tax it will show up on line 37 of your Form 1040.   State forms are all different so you have to look for state tax due on your state form--it will appear near the bottom of the form.

If you have federal tax due you can pay by mailing your payment with the 1040V voucher, (which has the address printed on it, having the payment taken out of a designated bank account, or you can pay directly on the IRS website.    Payment is due by April 18, 2022.

You must pay your state tax due using the state’s preferred method of receiving payment.  For most states that will be by making a payment to the state’s own tax website, or by mailing a check or money order.

we can't see your return. the best thing you can do is compare your 2020 and 2021 returns side by side and look for significant differences.     you could have made an entry error.  if you still are unsure then you should consider upgrading to LIVE where a Turbotax tax expert can go over your return.
