My email address is valid! The format is valid. What is wrong with Turbo Tax and how do I fix it without having to establish a new email address?

When trying to Efile, you enter your email address and then again to confirm.

If you have a space after one of them, they won't match and give you and error.

Try deleting both entries completely and re-entering.
