It says my state return in incomplete what am I doing wrong?
My state return says incomplete,why?
E-filing a state is only allowed once a federal return is accepted/rejected. State returns will show incomplete until federal has been accepted. The IRS will not begin accepting tax returns until Monday 1/23/17.
