Question

It says my transmission didn't go through under the 1040. every info is correct. I don't want to file by mail since they wont be accepting it .

The rejection depends on various factors.

 

Log back into your return.  You will a button that says Fix My return.  

 

Once you select that button, the program will walk you through the steps or ask for the information needed to fix your return.

How to fix a rejected return 

 

Many times, the error might have to do with entering your Adjusted Gross Income (AGI) from 2018.  Please see the following for instructions on getting your 2018 Adjusted Gross Income (AGI).
