Question

It says that I owe you all back money and I shouldn't owe you all any money. Why does it say I owe?

No one can see your return or what version of the software you used.  You are posting from the Free Edition but we cannot really tell if that is what you used.  Even if you did, if you prepared a state return, there is a fee for the state of $29.99, although the federal return is free.
