Question

It won't let me proceed without a spouse's name but I have expressed in the other slides that I am single. How do i proceed?

I am in the review slide and have expressed in the others that I am single. It won't let me submit without including this.

Click on My Info on the left side of the online program screen.  Is your Filing Status shown as Single?  If not, then edit your status and make the change to Single.
