The question I would like to ask you would be:  Did you enter any foreign income?  Does the foreign income apply to you?

If the foreign income does not apply to you, you can simply delete a Form 2555 by following these steps:

To delete a form in the TurboTax online version:

1.  Sign in to your account, select Continue to proceed

2.  In the left panel, select Tax Tools / drop down menu

3.  Select Tools

4.  Under Other helpful links, choose to Delete a form

5.  Select Delete next to Form 2555 and Continue with My Return to proceed to file again.

If these instructions do not apply to you, please write back with more information to clarify so that I can assist you further.

I deleted this form and it still does NOT let me file. Keeps telling me to review the form 2555 or pay for the upgraded service.

Sounds like the computer is caught in a loop.  Let's clear the history and cookies, reboot then log back into TurboTax.

Cookies are small files that temporarily store data on your computer. We use them to personalize your experience so you see information you already entered and not items that are irrelevant or repetitive.

On rare occasions, they may make your browser think you already did something that you still need to do. To fix that, you'll need to delete (clear) the cookies from your browser.

Each browser has a slightly different method for deleting cookies. Choose the browser you're using:
