Just notified today that my Charles Schwab account tax forms are ready. However, when Turbotax tries to import they still show not available. Is there a known issue?

I'm having the same problem. I talked to someone at schwab and they have no answer. Disappointing.

which forms? Schwab like other brokers have PDF versions of the tax forms available sooner than the special file that must be used for import purposes. This file can not be downloaded to your computer. it's a direct transfer from the file over the internet into your tax retun.

of course Scwab should know this

other items that can result in importing failing are your firewall, antivirus, browser, browser cache.

have you tried running TT as administrator (windows)?

contact schwab to make sure the import file is ready. if it is contact support for trouble shooting steps
