I failed to include a K1 with my return. Is there a form required  or do  I just mail it to the IRS?

    If there are any numbers on the K-1 then you need to amend your tax return and add the K-1 to it and then submit the amended tax return.  You may owe taxes or have a bigger refund because of it.
