    Are you asking about a Publicly Traded Partnership (PTP) reporting on both a K-1 and 1099-B?  If so, the item that you will need to enter on your personal tax return is the Schedule K-1.  Do not enter the PTP info from the 1099-B

     

    If you are not asking ab out a PTP, please write back with additional information.
