Hello, Question I received a K1 Form 1065 from a ETF call UVXY last year I did hold this fund for a little over a month. I'm surprised a received this new form and I have never heard of it. I had some in a ROTH IRA and a Traditional IRA account. Both forms have BOX 12 checked on the K1 form 1065's I received. The crazy thing about this is I just got them by regular mail and there isn't even a timed postage stamp on the date they were mailed clearly they were mailed in April of this year and there is no proof!!! I  did talk to my brokerage account which is Fidelity & spoked with TurboTax I've been using TurboTax for over 20yrs. I went into the K1 form 1065 used the online site and its pops up with this window shown below. Do I need to work about anything with these forms? Do I need to file an extension I'm hearing about a form 990T or is Fidelity going to handle this form later. Again I held the stock for over 30days inside both retirement accounts when I sold them they stayed inside the retirement accounts and I never took a distribution to my own personal accounts. I probably made roughly $14k in gains between the two accounts. in Box 20 code AE in there please help I don't want to get in trouble with the IRS and I probably will make sure I research ETF's going forward I don't like these K1 form 1065's...

thank you,

All earnings in your Roth IRA or IRA are tax-deferred.

You do not have report these Schedules K-1 on your tax return. TurboTax has rightly indicated this on the screenshot you provided.
