Last year I had unusual expenses that resulted in getting a refund and got no 2023 1040-ES vouchers for this year. How do I get 2023 1040-ES vouchers?

Turbotax doesn't believe I need estimated payments and doesn't give an option to those forms. All answers I've seen so far are about printing forms available based on Turbotax adding them. How do I get Turbotax to add them when it seems to think I don't need them.

The W4 and estimated payments are in the same section. Follow the steps here. If you know how much you want to pay, you can skip the vouchers and pay the IRS directly each quarter here.
