Last year my W2 was automatically downloaded to TurboTax, this year its not showing up so I'm getting a $0 refund. Can you tell me where to go to enter my W2 info?

 To enter your W-2 follow these steps: 

1. Log into your TurboTax account and click "Take me to my return"
2.  In the upper right corner "Search" button 
3. Type "W-2" in the Search box.
4. Click the first search result that says "Jump to W-2"
5. Follow the on screen prompts to enter another W-2. 

If you can't find the Search button, follow these steps:

1. Log into your TurboTax account and click "Take me to my return"
2. Click the "Federal" button on the left of your screen
3. Under the "All income" section you should see "Wages and Salaries" and click "Show more"
4. Click "Revist" next to "Wages and Salaries"
5. Follow the on screen prompts to enter another W-2
