Last year TTax 2019 forwarded info from my 2018 form to my 2019 form, saving me time. Why not now?

The pevious TTax program forwrded info such as Categories income and all I had to do was tofill in the blanks. It made for an easy way to go.

In order to transfer 2019 in to 2020 you have to be using exactly the same account and user ID, and perform that transfer before you start to enter any other new 2020 information.

Many people have multiple TT accounts and forget how to access them. Log out of the account you are in now.

Or did you use the desktop version of TurboTax? If so, the files are on your own hard drive or any backup device you used like a flash drive.
