Late receipt of Form W-2G

Received Form W-2G that was mailed to wrong address after I filed my 2024 taxes.

Do I need to file an amended form, and if so, how?

Yes.  

 

Log in to your TurboTax account and go to the 2024 return and click the 'Amend' button.

 

That will take you in to your tax return.  Add the W2G as if you had received it originally.  The system will calculate any additional taxes that you owe.  When you have to enter a reason enter "W2G received late."
