I declined the improvement experience thing. How do I continue my tax return? There is no continue button on this page.

Please try logging completely out of the TurboTax website, then clear your browser's cache, delete cookies and reboot your computer. A full or corrupted cache can keep TurboTax from functioning properly. If that doesn't work, try a different browser.
