I'm getting this message and it is not correct at all on my end.  I have no other account. What do I do?  Is there a simple fix?

Please try the following steps

  1. Log out of Turbo Tax.
  2. Clear your cache and cookies
  3. Delete Cache & Cookies
  4. Close Turbo Tax
  5. Shut down the computer
  6. Re-start your computer
  7. Re-open the browser and log back into Turbo Tax.
    • You can also try a different browser as well,

If none of the above steps resolve the issue,
