Please login to your account at TurboTax.com and verify that your return status shows as accepted.  If you do not see this indicator, then the IRS does not yet have your return for processing.

If your return status is accepted, be sure that when you are checking your status at Where's My Refund?, be sure that you are entering only the federal portion of your expected refund and not the total combined federal and state refund and that your filing status matches what is shown in TurboTax.

Are you getting any sort of error message when using the Where's My Refund tool?

Did you sign onto your TurboTax account and did the federal tax return status show as Accepted? - https://myturbotax.intuit.com/

If the status is Accepted then when using the IRS website for the tax refund status you must be using the Exact information from the Federal tax return that was filed, Your Social Security number, Your Filing Status and the Whole dollar amount of the Federal Tax Refund only - https://www.irs.gov/refunds

Verify the information being used on the IRS refund website is correct based on the filed federal tax return.

To access your current or prior year online tax returns sign onto the TurboTax website with the userID you used to create the account - https://myturbotax.intuit.com/

When you sign onto your online account and land on the Tax Home web page, scroll down and click on Add a state.

This will take you back to the 2019 online tax return.

Click on Tax Tools on the left side of the online program screen.  Then click on Print Center.  Then click on Print, save or preview this year's return.

If the information you are entering is correct And the federal tax return has been Accepted by the IRS And there is no status on the IRS federal tax refund website, contact the IRS for assistance with the tax return status.

Call the IRS: 1-800-829-1040 hours 7 AM - 7 PM local time Monday-Friday
When calling the IRS do NOT choose the first option re: "Refund", or it will send you to an automated phone line.
So after first choosing your language, then do NOT choose Option 1 (refund info). Choose option 2 for "personal income tax" instead.
Then press 1 for "form, tax history, or payment".
Then press 3 "for all other questions."
Then press 2 "for all other questions."
- When it asks you to enter your SSN or EIN to access your account information, don't enter anything.
- After it asks twice, you will get another menu.

Press 2 for personal or individual tax questions.
Then press 4 for all other inquiries
It should then transfer you to an agent.
