This amount was pulled from 2017 taxes when we filed married joint.  Not sure where it is getting "not married filing joint" to change it.

What are you trying to do?

What year are you filing for?    Are you filing 2017 tax?

Sorry, I put wrong year!  It's pulling from 2018 taxes to get that amount.  I'm filing my 2019 taxes.

It is almost impossible to switch an online account from prior joint to separate.  As you found out the spouses information cannot be removed.

All you can do is start a new account of your own with a different login ID and password.
