When you call TurboTax you need to have a 'Support ID" but nowhere it provides details how to obtain Support-ID. When I mention 'Need help with so , so .. ' OR 'customer service'.... the telephonic system doesn't guide the User to appropriate instructions.

I would recommend using the "Live Expert" help in the right upper corner to see if having someone walk you through helps.

As I said, I didn't find 'Live Help' button - neither in TurboTax app on the desktop Nor on Intuit Website... I read the same details that you had provided the link for live help. But I couldn't find the Button called 'Live Help'.

Only when using the TurboTax online editions will the Live Help option be available. You have to upgrade to one of the TurboTax Live edition for this service - https://turbotax.intuit.com/personal-taxes/online/
