Live Tax Advice for Desktop Product

I purchased and downloaded the desktop product.  After activating the software and registering the product, a screen came up asking me if I want to purchase Live Tax Advice for $60.  My choices are to "Buy Now" or "Skip for Now".  If I skip for now, will I be able to purchase the Live Advice later for the same price?  If so, how would I do so?  It is not clear how I would access the Live Tax Advice screen again once I begin doing my tax return?  In summary, do I need to add Live Tax Advice before I begin my return or can it be added later after I am well into preparing my tax return?
