I live out side of the United States in the Philippines. I returned to get a Heart/Kidney transplant in march of 2019. I don't have a 2018 tax return. What do I do?

    If you are asking about your 2018 Adjusted Gross Income; If you did not file a 2018 return use zero for your 2018 Adjusted Gross Income.
