LLC K-1
I have an LLC taxed as a Scorp. When the K-1 shows up on schedule E there is the name of the LLC and then (EDPA) in quotes. Any idea what that means?
Does it refer to an entire disposition of a passive activity?
Is the box checked next to Final K-1?
